Shipping

All NEVE products are imported directly from the NEVE factory in Gozzano, Italy.

The lead time for small orders is generally 2-3 weeks to arrive in the U.S. Quoted U.S. prices are FOB Miami, FL unless otherwise noted. Deliveries in FL are subject to 7% sales tax.

Warranty

Inspection

The purchaser shall at its sole expense, submit all products shipped to a careful inspection upon arrival at delivery point.  All claims for damages, defects, errors, shortages or other failure of the products to conform to their catalog description shall be delivered to AquaLumi in writing within 14 days after such arrival.  Failure to make such claim within said time shall constitute acceptance of all products so delivered as conforming to the terms, conditions, and specifications hereof, and in no event may the purchaser there after revoke such acceptance. 

NEVE Rubinetterie srl guarantees all products as follows:

• 5 (five) year guarantee against casting defects
• 2 (two) year guarantee against cartridge and valve defects (defects resulting from improper use are excluded)
• 2 (two) year guarantee on washers and o-rings
• 2 (two) year guarantee on all plating finishes (defects resulting from improper use, installation or cleaning are excluded)

This guarantee pertains to faults in manufacturing of the mechanical parts and does not cover damages caused by incorrect installation, product mishandling, lack of protection against the intense cold, tampering due to any repair other than as indicated in the installation and daily maintenance (cleaning) instructions. Any tampering will result in immediate forfeit of the rights of this guarantee. This guarantee only covers the repair of parts that are considered defective. The labor or material costs associated with the removal and/or installation of a warranted item are not covered. No labor or material costs are covered under any part of this guarantee. Should a defect arise, the warranted part should be returned, at the owner’s expense to AquaLumi, LLC 310 NE 59th Street Miami, FL 33137 were it will be, at the earliest convenience, replaced or repaired and shipped at the company's expense. Repairs not resulting from faults in material or workmanship will be returned as received to the customer at the customer's expense. NEVE Rubinetterie srl reserves the right to choose how to correct the defect.

Note: NEVE faucet are not currently IAPMO certified to ASME A112.18.1-05 and NSF 61-09. At this time, NEVE faucet can only be recommended for installation in new construction and renovations where strict permitting and code inspections are not necessary.
